REGULAR ARRANGEMENT
We all enjoy groomed gardens, but may not enjoy undertaking the regular work. At Basjoo we can help you. If you choose to have your space regularly maintained by Basjoo, this is what you can expect:
We'll provide an occasion for our first visit and share the calendar entry with you.
Upon arriving we'll knock on the door to let you know of our arrival and then commence the 'pre-quoted' work. We (Basjoo) do a quick site walkaround to ascertain the work required for that visit. Although we are happy to discuss any special requests, we have constructed the business to ensure you do not need to oversee the proceedings or prescribe a 'to-do' list. Whilst we are undertaking a task, we are diligently identifying other tasks which need to be prioritised within the boundaries of the 'quoted' work.
We charge a fixed quote for specific regular maintenance tasks:
For anything absent from the quote, we are happy to quote independently.
We do not quote time, our time in a garden can fluctuate throughout the year in response to its demands.
On departure from the property, we'll knock on the door again, to let you know what we've achieved.
Our regular clients enjoy the convenience of paying for the year’s services by 12-monthly standing order. For one-off work, although we will accept cash, our preferred method of payment is BACS. Following the one-off work, we'll forward an invoice (including our payment details and terms) via email.
Once the outstanding invoice is paid, we will send you a calendar entry for our next visit. The time and/or day of our Regular Garden Maintenance Visits are flexible, they are subject to change with business demands. We cannot provide the same day and time for every visit OR ensure it aligns with your commitments.
